Las Terrenas welcomes a great
number of artists that have found in this place the inspiration for their
Work. We have created this space to invite all of those who would like to
share their experience to show that the development of the Samana Peninsula
is not separated from the Arts and Creativity. |

We
are also very enthousiastic with the opening of "El Vivero", a typical
dominican house in the center of Las Terrenas, that has been reconverted in
a meeting point with the Art and its players. |

In this new culture
center, initiative of Minú and Linah, you can walk through a permanent art
exhibition, while enjoying local refreshements and meals prepared with love
by the neighbors. Music concerts, vernisages, diverse celebrations, without
forgetting the “Meals for friends” will be also activities to taste and
enjoy another type of life. |

"El vivero", located at 109, Carmen street, will open from monday to
saturday, 9 to 12:30 and 15 to 18:30 hs. In addition, on monday the
cafeteria will remain until 21:00 hs. to enjoy some drinks in the garden
while listening to live music. "El Vivero" is also open to the activities of
the CASABE asociation for kids. In the garden we will enjoy the creation of
the smaller ones... theater, painting, reading... are part of the program to
rediscover the inocence... |
